Why Selfridges opted for SpinMe's in-house studio workflow services

When Selfridges decided to take its whole online photography operation in-house to improve customer experience and boost the efficiency of its imaging process, the famous department store appointed SpinMe to provide hardware and software for its four studios, as well as onsite training for studio employees.

Selfridges is using SpinMe’s distinctive 360 spin technology, which enables customers to 'pick up' and view items as they would in one of its stores, bringing the bricks and mortar experience online.

Selfridges has seen an 18% increase in the number of products passing through its new studios, due to an increased level of efficiency in the technology’s workflow capabilities.

SpinMe is providing Selfridges with studio management services that encompass all aspects of fashion photography, flat and 360 spin imaging. SpinMe also develops bespoke imaging techniques for Selfridges.
